Please use this chart as a guidline when purchasing a round diamond. Remember not every stone is the same, just because the table and depth have good numbers look at the pictures below, there are a lot of other factors involved in the cut of a diamond. Also you will notice there are NO FANCY CUT STONES. That is because there is no such thing as an ideal cut fancy shape stone. There are too many variables, like how many different shapes the stone can be cut to.
